What is it?   A holiday party to show our appreciation for all the hard work our MISD coaches put in throughout the year. 

When and where is it?  

Wednesday, December 18th from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

Community Room on the West side of Vernon Newsom Stadium.

3700 E Broad St, Mansfield, TX 76063

What can I bring?  See sign up link above, click "RSVP NOW" to sign up for an item. 

When do I bring it?

Breakfast-  Tuesday, Dec 17th 8am-3pm (non-perishables only) , Tuesday Dec 17th 6:30-7:30pm (non-perishables only), or 5:30-9:00am on Wednesday the 18th

Side dishes, casseroles, Desserts, and Drinks- 5:30am-12:00 pm Wednesday Dec 18th

*Please do not bring anything with raw meat or requires being thoroughly cooked. Example: Raw chicken, or uncooked rice or pasta. 

Items that require last-minute preparation or pick up or food deliveries may be brought in up until 11:30 am (the coaches start eating lunch about 10 am).

Example: if you would like to pick up Fried Chicken and bring it at 11 am, that would be fine. Please make a note of this when RSVP'ing so we will know to expect your item later in the morning

You may drop off things that DO NOT require refrigeration at the MISD athletic office anytime during business hours on Tuesday December 17th. (8am-4pm)

What can I do to help? 

Please sign up for the item you will be able to bring, any contribution would be greatly appreciated and enjoyed by the coaches. 

**If you can also volunteer to help at the party, please note that in the Personal Message box. Stay all day or come for an hour....we need lots of help setting up, serving and cleaning up, and any time you can help would be great!

Other Details- Disposable dishes are preferred, but if you would like an item returned, it should be labeled and picked up between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm after the party on Tuesday. We are unable to keep containers later than this, and all unclaimed items will be donated.

Leftover food is donated to local missions after the luncheon. We try to balance how much we request and think we will need to feed the coaches, but we do have extras, and you can rest assured your items will not go to waste! They are grateful every year to the MISD family for the donations.
